Love these. I agree with comment below that these are "realistic but still painterly." Love the strokes and energy. You choose your own colors but use a reference pic/model? That sounds smart. Gives you the lighting but still makes you think so you'll learn more for pieces that don't afford a pic/model. Smart. Keeping an eye on stuff like this. So, these are likenesses of the original? Faces look kinda the same?
